We’re not your typical bookkeeper; we offer both full-service bookkeeping and the option to customized to your needs on a monthly or quarterly basis. We also offer one-time temporary or contracted services for those needing 3rd party auditing, reconciliation or other one-time services.

Billing is offered on a monthly or one-time flat rate service contract.

Notary Public
Notary Public services are performed in office during business hours. Mobile Notary Public Services are available by appointment only, there is a travel fee associated with Mobile Notary Public Services.
The Signature Fee for Notary Public services is the standard Rate Set by the State of California 2024 $15.00 per signature. However, we do offer flat rates when needing 4 or more signatures.

Tax preparations services are offered to individuals and small businesses.
We offer self-managed tax strategy planning for a low monthly subscription. With our Tax Planning Pro software, you will have access through your personal portal to evaluate your current financial status or budget and forecast different scenarios to assist you in better planning when it comes to your financial health as an individual or small business.
Self-managed doesn’t mean you’re on your own it means you have access 24-7, 365 days of the year to make changes as your personal financial needs change; you are not dependent on us, and we will be there at no additional fee to assist you when you have questions.
However, for those that prefer assistance we do have a separate fee for this based on if you need tax strategy assistance once a year or up to 4 times a year.
