About Us

Hitroff Consulting was established in August 2020 with a mission to assist micro and small business owners understand the reason and purpose of maintaining their foundational practices and how this builds a stronger framework within their business, especially when utilized in combination with regular needs assessments which can identify gaps within their business in order to facilitate modifications to current processes.

Every employee at Hitroff holds the same title after training and certifications, which we like to refer to as Business Analyst, this is because we are not your traditional bookkeeper, consultant or tax preparer, we can assist you in every aspect of your business, if we see gaps or ways that a particular process can be streamlined or a way to lower expenses we will assist you in making the correct modifications.

We blend traditional methods with innovative strategies to support our clients through consulting, training, and process modification. Because we believe in a tailored approach, every service we offer is fully customizable to your specific goals.

Regarding Tax Preparation, we specialize in serving individuals and small businesses with annual revenues under $250,000. Our mission is to help you build stable organizational processes and a clear understanding of your tax responsibilities. Once your business scales beyond the $250k mark, we believe you are best served by a CPA; at that stage, we are happy to provide a warm referral to our network of trusted CPAs, Enrolled Agents, or Tax Resolution Professionals.

We have multiple industry knowledge; some of our clients are in, Health & Wellness, Upholstery, Excavating & Paving, HVAC & Plumbing, Metal Fabrication, Escape Rooms, Wholesale, Estate Sales and SEO Marketing.

Dawn Pellinacci is the founder of Hitroff Consulting, she has over 30 years’ experience within multiple industries in the areas of administration, production, inventories, customer retention, accounting, project management and operations processes, in combination with her experience she is a Certified Life Coach and holds a B.S in Industrial & Organizational Psychology and Masters in Professional Studies.

Anthony Pellinacci has 8 years’ experience in creating systems and processes in order to increase efficiency and revenues along with ensuring compliance with industry standards, he holds a B.A in History. Anthony joined the team in 2022 becoming a licensed tax preparer and payroll administrator for our small business clients.
